Beautiful Garden Views: The chalet had such picturesque garden views that it felt like stepping into a postcard. I could spend hours gazing out, feeling like I was in a fairytale land surrounded by lush greenery and colorful flowers.
Early Morning Golfers: Golf lovers beware, the curtains in one of the rooms overlook the golf course greens. Although it wasn't a major issue, it did require some morning curtain coordination with the early bird golfers.

Absolutely perfect in every way! Spacious lodge with all the amenities you could ask for. Fully stocked with towels, toiletries, and even food items like milk and eggs. Dog-friendly, a bonus. Fine location for walks and surrounded by a golf course and other facilities. Super tidy and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

The 3-bedroom chalet at Honeybee Lodge was like a cozy haven in the woods. It had a kitchen where I could try out my cooking skills, a comfy seating area where I could relax after a long day, and a flat-screen TV for some entertainment. I absolutely loved the balcony attached to the chalet. It was like my own little spot to enjoy the fresh air and admire the beautiful surroundings. It added a touch of tranquility to my stay.
Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the flat-screen TV. I prefer spending my time outdoors, so I didn't really make much use of it.

the lodge had every utensil we needed, including a corkscrew, bbq implements, and even a hand mixer. the abundance of amenities, such as champagne flutes and an electric hand mixer, made our stay more enjoyable. the lodge also had a tumble dryer, which came in handy for drying our towels and swimsuits. the bedside lamps in two of the rooms were impressive, featuring USB ports that eliminated the need for an adapter plug. each room had a TV, with the lounge TV being a smart one with access to Netflix and Prime. the lodge also provided essentials like toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, and even dishwasher tablets. this lodge was comfortable and well-equipped, and I highly recommend it. Cons: Can't think of anything 😊.

Quirky balcony: The chalet had a balcony that was perfect for enjoying the stunning garden views. It felt like I was perched on a tree branch, sipping my morning coffee amidst the chirping birds and fragrant flowers.
Firm mattress: The bed in the main bedroom was a tad too firm for my liking.

The lodge was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen utensils and appliances to USB ports in the bedside lamps. It was a pleasant surprise to find toiletries provided in both bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher with tablets provided. The communication with Michael before and was excellent. The rural location of the lodge was perfect for peaceful walks and we enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings. The lodge itself was spacious and had a TV in every room, our entertainment needs were met. I highly recommend a stay at this lovely lodge.
Drawbacks: Although the mattress in the main bedroom was slightly firm, it wasn't a major issue and some people may actually prefer it that way. one of the twin bedrooms faced the golf course, so it required a bit of caution when opening the curtains in the morning to avoid disturbing the early golfers.

The lodge was surprisingly spacious and had all the crockery and comforts you could ask for. the host was friendly and kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. the location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful countryside, a golf course, and even a spa and bar nearby.
But let me tell you, the staff at the nearby golf course really put a damper on our experience. They had a terrible attitude that left a bad taste in our mouths.

The free WiFi at Honeybee Lodge was so impressive! I loved being able to have garden views while browsing the internet. And the nearest airport being 34 km away? What a convenient distance!
The sauna at the chalet was slightly disappointing. I mean, who wants personal relaxation and detoxification anyway?
